Trees

We need trees for cooling cities, holding soil, providing us with shade and aesthetic pleasure, and even giving us food. We also need trees within the biodiversity on which sustainable life depends. In this nascent project I am exploring artistically how we might relate to alive and dead trees otherwise, learning dance their slow dance, and attempting to tune into what a grateful relationship of care and respect might mean.
